General features :

• New preferences screen lets you decide how to be alerted Responsive design for phone and tablets
• Upload a picture into your private file area
• Record an audio file and upload it into your private file area
• Record a video and upload it into your private file area
• Send a private message to a course participant (can be done offline)
• Take a personal note about a course participant (can be done offline)
• Add a course participant to your phone contact
• Call a course participant touching the phone number
• Download and view some course resources
• View calendar events
• Reminder notifications for calendar events

Instructor features :

• A new dashboard easier and more secured
• Teachers can view site, course and personal notes about their students and add their own notes.
• Send and view private messages to colleagues and students from the Messages link in the side tab.
• A Grades link for each course gives fingertip access to the grade book, and teachers can view assignment submissions on the move.
• Assignments may be graded on the move, from the app and maybe graded offline

Student features :

• Access Courses from your Mobile phone Android/IOS
• Browse the content of your courses, even when offline
• Receive instant notifications of messages and other events
• Quickly find and contact other people in your courses
• Upload images, audio, videos and other files from your mobile device
• Track your progress, mark tasks as complete and browse your learning plans
• Attempt quizzes, post in forums and edit wiki
• View your course grades
• Request Certificate after you completed your class
• Site, course and user events can be viewed in the calendar. Calendar events can now be viewed offline and infinite scrolling is available.
• Check the contents of your private files and upload media to them on the go. You're now allowed up to 50MB storage (depending on your SD card).
• Participate in a course Chat activity.
• Badges are now visible from a link in the user profile

The new board also comes with a Nice and user-friendly Mobile Application available on PlayStore and iTunes store with many functions for those who do not have access to computers.

Who can use the new board?

All NEW students registered at ALL IN ONE-BENIN on 17 February 2020 or later will be automatically registered on the new board.

Existing students using the old board should continue using the old board until they complete their current class. If you are enrolling in a new class, your new course will be on the new board.

When will the new board be available?

It is available immediately since 17 February 2020.

Note: If you are using the old board, note that the address is: http://allinone-benin.com/board and the access and support will be discontinued from 01 March 2020. You can still access your old classes and grade your students with your normal credentials.

All the functions used in the old board are still present on the new board. So, you don't miss anything.  DON'T PANIC. We just added a bit of extra meat to make your experience more enjoyable and less stressful. But, things don't always work out the way it feels like...
